Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us 48 hours before the start time or it will still count as part of your 10 hours of consultation that Dr. Robbie offers in her Basic Training. If you late cancel or do not show up for a consultation time that you signed up for, you will need to make up those hours in order to complete the Basic Training and will have to pay the consultant directly for those extra hours.
